As a Chief Technology Partner you will:

  • Work with many different companies, typically large corporations, to improve how they build software.
  • Apply in a methodological way our software excellence framework, which is in daily use by thousands of software professionals worldwide.
  • Help companies and teams to reduce 10%-15% in the defect/bug count they experience in their verification cycles or at customers on a yearly basis.
  • Lead the development process for 15-20 teams.
  • Have coaching/auditing sessions for an hour weekly with each team and provide unlimited email support.
  • Create once a month an overall rating summary.
  • Have individual meetings with competency leaders in the various teams.
  • Help the team prioritize their work to achieve the best ROI and help to decide which competencies will be discussed in each call.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have 15+ years of experience (Hard Requirement) in various software development companies. 
  • Worked for corporates or large-scale startups and applied software development best practices extensively.
  • Transitioned large engineering organizations into using software best practices.
  • Manager of managers experience with an overall head-count of more than 50 developers
  • Worked with many tools, technologies, and development methods. 
  • Have experience as a CTO and in coaching and consulting.
  • Have a passion for detail and hands-on work.
  • Can adapt quickly to different team compositions, tools, and methods.
  • Understand how to set up proper quality gates that will ensure the deliverable of high-quality software and good abstraction capabilities.
  • Have excellent (C1 or C2) conversational and written English.

Bonus points if you:

  • Worked as part of a fully distributed remote team.
  • Have experience in joining an organization and driving a quality transition
